Job description:
- Managing warranty claims
- Processing of warranty claim forms
- Ordering spare parts and pricing
- Organising transport
- taking care of stock optimisation
- Supplier management and complaint resolution with suppliers
- after-sales warehouse management
- Regular reporting in the department
- Monitoring budget targets
- Managing the service team
- Communicating feedback to production and development
- product testing
Expectation:
- a minimum of a V level technical qualification
- Knowledge of materials in the nautical industry is an advantage
- 12 months experience in a comparable position
- active knowledge of English
- good knowledge of MS Office software
- knowledge of after-sales processes
- excellent communication skills
- negotiation skills
- independence and ability to work as part of a team
- accuracy, reliability and flexibility
- Boatmaster exam is an advantage
- B driving licence
